We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within an hour of receiving a message or email but in busy periods this timeframe may take a little longer.

At PulseSabers, we prioritize getting your lightsaber to you quickly and securely. Here’s how our shipping process works:

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3 PM (UK time) on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
• Fast Delivery Options: We use Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked for UK customers, ensuring most packages arrive the next working day. For international customers, we offer reliable services like UPS or E-Packet for swift and secure delivery.
• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
• Global Shipping Times: For customers outside the UK, delivery typically takes 6–12 working days, depending on your location.

If any of your purchased items are missing or are damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We have a Money Back Guarantee which lasts 30 days prior to the delivery of your order so make sure to contact us within that time frame. One-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a One-Year Full Warranty on all our sabers. If you experience any issues with your saber within the first year of receiving your order, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

After the one-year warranty period expires, we will still offer parts for repair at an additional cost.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. All original materials, including the product, tools, instruction manual, and packaging, must be included with the return.

To process your return, you will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, your order number, or other relevant information.

Please note: accessories are not eligible for return.

Returns must be sent to our UK-based warehouse. If return instructions need to be adjusted, we will inform you of the specific destination based on our inventory and logistics needs.

We will send replacements or perform repairs for any products that are damaged through non-man-made causes, such as manufacturing defects. However, we do not offer returns or refunds for products that do not have manufacturing defects.

If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as a $30 restocking fee.
