We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Custom sabers and used items may not be eligible.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We’ll work fast to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.

What blade lengths are available?
We offer 32″ (82cm) and 36″ (92cm) blade lengths. Both are duel-ready, and the choice comes down to your personal preference and height.
Are Pulse Sabers duel-ready?
Absolutely. All Pulse Sabers are built with high-grade polycarbonate blades and durable hilts designed for heavy dueling.
Can I customize my lightsaber?
